HighTower Partnership has lured a team of four financial advisors from UBS that previously managed $550m in client assets.
HighTower said that TC Wealth Management is the first team to transition to the HighTower Partnership in 2015.

The team including J. Emmett Towey and J. Michael Cantore III join HighTower as partners and managing directors based in New York City.
At UBS, Towey and Cantore served as senior vice president of investments and corporate stock benefit consultants and were known as the Towey Cantore Group. Cantore also served as portfolio manager.
Towey previously worked with Morgan Stanley and Citigroup Smith Barney, while Cantore strated his career at Citigroup Smith Barney.
In addition, former UBS Towey Cantore team director Michael Tobin and operations director Jennifer Doran will also join HighTower.
