Henderson Global Investors’ property business has appointed Tony He as director of property, China Consultancy.
He, who will be principally based in Henderson’s Beijing office, will be responsible for promoting the development of Henderson’s investment management franchise in China, for both domestic and international investors, in addition to facilitating the delivery of the existing PRC development projects.

He will co-operate closely with Henderson’s Asia Pacific Property team and will explore relationships with local developers and financial institutions for Henderson to expand the property business in China.
He joins from Tesco Property, China, where he worked as a finance director and was involved in the launch of Tesco’ property business in China. Prior to Tesco, he worked for developer – Sun Hung Kai property – in and Hutchison Whampoa, both in China.
