Nicholas joined Henderson in 2009 and has a 14 year track record in the credit markets with extensive high yield experience. He is a qualified chartered accountant who has worked in various roles including private equity, distressed work outs and loan portfolio management.
Commenting on the appointment, John Pattullo, head of retail fixed income, said, "Given the significant allocation to high yield in the Fund, (currently almost 63%), bringing Nicholas on board as deputy manager is logical given his level of high yield experience. He has already made a material contribution to the team and I’m sure clients will benefit from his considerable leveraged finance experience."
