Henderson, a London based investment group, have promoted Paul O’Connor to co-head of their multi-asset team.
O’Connor will work alongside current head Bill McQuaker and the pair will develop the multi-asset franchise.

Previously, O’Connor was a partner and head of asset allocation in the EMEA sector at Mercer Investment Consulting before joining Henderson as a director.
McQuaker said: "Our intention is to build up our institutional business to match that of our retail offering, and adding someone of Paul’s ability to work with me to achieve that aim is a significant step forward."
