Heffron SMSF Solutions has taken over McPherson Super Consulting, a superannuation education, advice and administration firm based in Queensland, Australia.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the companies.

Employees at McPherson, including directors Lyn Formica and Allan McPherson, will join Heffron as part of the deal.
The team will now be headed by Meg Heffron- head of customer at Heffron. She will take up the role of head of the education and training functions at the firm.
“McPhersons’ philosophy and culture are very aligned to our own and we look forward to continuing our mission to raise standards and influence better outcomes for Australian retirees,” Heffron said in a statement.
