Head Investment Partners, a Tennessee-based independent financial advisory firm, has joined Triad Advisors' broker-dealer and hybrid multi-custodial registered investment advisory (RIA) platform.
Head Investment Partners will affiliate with Triad through the latter’s specialised RIA entity Triad Hybrid Solutions. The advisory firm will be able to access the benefits of affiliation with Triad's broker-dealer platform through Triad Hybrid Solutions.

The deal will add about $190m in fee-based advisory and brokerage assets to Triad’s portfolio.
Knoxville-based Head Investment Partners meets the multi-generational wealth management needs of affluent families, business owners, corporate executives and professionals across the US,a s well as offers investment management services for corporate accounts and insurance companies.
