“My approach is to encourage pragmatic, risk-based decisions across the organisation. No two clients are the same and it is important to apply clear thinking on an individual basis to ensure that Hawksford, on behalf of its clients, stays on the right side of regulations and its own risk appetite, whilst supporting business growth,” Dolan noted.
Dolan most recently served as the risk director at Sanne Group.
His financial career of over two decades also includes stints at Jersey Financial Services Commission, where he spent nine years, and Ernst & Young.
Hawksford CEO Michel van Leeuwen said: “Eric’s impressive balance of industry and regulatory experience will be a major advantage for Hawksford in ensuring our risk and compliance processes remain robust.
