Powell, with over 15 years of international tax experience has served as an advisor to individuals and multinational corporations regarding global taxation planning and for inbound and outbound business transactions.
Powell brings with him wealth of experience in federal and international compliance, tax accounting and withholding.
Additionally, Powell has supported clients in international tax issues related with penalties pursuant to FATCA, IGAs, mergers & acquisitions, tax-advantaged financing structures and usage of hybrid & reverse-hybrid entities to manage the corporate worldwide effective tax rate.
