Referring to Clouston’s appointment, Guernsey Finance chief executive Dominic Wheatley said, "I am delighted to welcome Kate to Guernsey Finance. Given her experience, we identified Kate as the ideal candidate for this newly created role and believe she will be a real asset not only to the Guernsey Finance team, but to the Island’s finance industry as a whole. Her communication skills are exemplary and I look forward to working in tandem with her as we target new markets and products for the benefit of Guernsey’s finance industry."
