Most recently, Thraves was the business development director at Lane Clark and Peacock UAE, where he was responsible for leading and developing the company’s United Arab Emirates service including providing actuarial consulting, compensation, benefits and pension consulting as well as third-party claims services to the insurance and pensions industry in the Middle East region.
Further, he had also previously worked as client services director at Alexander Forbes Financial Services, covering all corporate client scheme administration and all private client sales support functions.
