Gotham Tech Labs, Maker of Wealthbox CRM, Appoints Steve Lockshin & Michael Kitces to Advisory Board

"As Wealthbox CRM gains traction among financial advisors and as we prepare for the launch of the Wealthbase network we’re faced with decisions related to everything from our product roadmap to strategic alliances," stated John Rourke, CEO of Gotham Tech Labs. "We’re delighted to bring on the respective industry visions, smarts, and experiences of Steve Lockshin and Michael Kitces to help guide us on our growth path in the financial advisory space."

Said Michael Kitces: "For the past decade, the biggest ‘innovation’ in advisor CRM has been the transition to the web and the adoption of cloud-based platforms. In the coming decade, just being online are the minimum table stakes for software, and the innovation and opportunity to excel lies in crafting an intuitive interface and strong user-experience for the advisor and staff. I’m excited to help guide the Wealthbox CRM team as they bring this kind of quality solution to advisors."

In addition to an advisory appointment, the company also announced that Steve Lockshin has made a personal investment in Gotham Tech Labs, Inc.

Said Steve Lockshin: "The proof is in the product. My new advisory firm has been using Wealthbox since this CRM product launched earlier this year and the team loves it. Software simplicity is a mixture of art and science and the Gotham Tech Labs team has mastered it. I’m happy to come aboard as both an advisor and investor."

Gotham Tech Labs also announced the general availability of version 1.6 of Wealthbox CRM that features "automated workflows." Combining customized workflow templates with social collaboration within an advisory firm, this new feature in Wealthbox allows greater efficiency for advisors to get work done.
