Kuwait-based Global Investment House has appointed Orhan Osmansoy as head of its $600 million distressed asset-management business.
In his new role, Osmansoy will lead the special situations asset-management business at Global, dealing with distressed assets and restructuring, reported Bloomberg.

Most recently, Osmansoy served as CEO of The National Investor. Previously he severed as managing partner at Dexter Capital Group.
The bank’s special-situations arm will offer advisory and management services for other companies undertaking restructuring or looking to exit distressed assets.
