Glenmede, a US-based investment and wealth management firm, has appointed Christopher Poch as new director of business development as well as member of the management committee.
In his new role, Poch will be responsible to expand the company’s client base across high-net-worth, family, endowment, foundation and institutional relationships.

Additionally, he will identify the strategies and best practices used by Glenmede’s business development professionals nationwide.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Poch most recently served as regional director of the Mid-Atlantic region for Bessemer Trust.
Earlier to this, he worked as executive vice president of LPL Financial and CEO of The Private Bank Company, director of wealth management for Citigroup’s International Personal Banking group and as a managing director of Smith Barney’s Global Private Wealth Management group.
