Chicago-based Financial Strategy Network (FSN) and Illinois-based WNA Wealth Advisors have merged to create a new independent wealth management firm, known as Private Vista.
The combined entity will be based in Chicago and have $1.2bn assets under management. It will have around 1,000 customers in 38 US states.
