Before joining FolioDynamix, McCartan oversaw various financial services marketing consulting businesses and worked with several RIA firms, technology firms, and broker-dealers such as Pershing, Albridge, Interactive Data and Docupace.

In the financial services marketing career of about 20 years, McCartan also partnered on creating and launching the TechLeaders series of conferences and executive roundtables.

The recruitment of McCartan has been made in conjunction with the recent appointment of Steve Dunlap as the company’s president and COO.
