In his new role, Hardman will manage a portfolio of clients and intermediaries besides supporting the group’s organic growth objectives.
Prior to joining First Names Group, Hardman worked for an investment consulting practice and in the trust department of a global bank.
Hardman said: "I am looking forward to developing new client relationships and contributing to increasing awareness of the business and Group services."
