First Names Group, an independent trust, fund and corporate services provider, has acquired Temmes Management Services to boost corporate services into key European countries and the US.
The company said that Temmes acquisition is its second takeover during 2014, and first in the corporate services sector.

First Names Group believes that the acquisition will considerably strengthen its corporate services offering and will enable it to expand into France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and the US, while also adding to its existing corporate presence in Switzerland and Ireland.
Commenting on the acquisition, First Names Group CEO Morgan Jubb said, "We are focusing on expanding and strengthening our global corporate services offering as part of our overall strategy and Temmes is the ideal acquisition to drive this."
Founded in 1996, Temmes Management Services trades as boutique firm specializing in the implementation and operation of multi-jurisdictional corporate tax structures.
