First Commonwealth Bank has appointed David Buckiso as the executive vice president, wealth services.

In his new role, Buckiso will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s wealth management services, which include trust, investments, brokerage and financial advisory.
At First Commonwealth, he will be responsible for leading the planned build-out of the organization’s advisory talent, with more focus on retirement planning, educational funding, generational wealth transfer and long-term investment planning.
Buckiso, who holds over 20 years of financial experience, most recently was designated as senior vice president and managing director at FNB Wealth Management in Pittsburgh.
In this capacity, he oversaw the organization’s wealth management sales strategy, revenue retention efforts, investment agency accounts, employee benefit plans, foundations, endowments as well as trustee relationships.
