Federal Street Advisors, a US-based wealth management firm, has named Eric Godes as new COO and chief wealth advisory officer.
In his new role, Godes will oversee the development and delivery of advice and service for the firm’s clients.

He will work alongside Kristin Fafard (CIO), who is responsible for the firm’s research efforts and investment programs and Jennifer Murtie (president) who is responsible for overall business operations, strategic planning and marketing.
Godes joined Federal Street from Kobren Insight Management, where he served as president and COO. He also served as a consultant to the wealth management industry concentrating in operational efficiencies, organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
