The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has hired Catherine Bradley as new non-executive director to its board, effective 2 August 2014.
Bradley will continue to serve his new role at FCA for a period of three years.

Prior to joining FCA, Bradley has worked with Societe Generale as head of equity advisory Asia-Pacific in June 2013.
Earlier to this, she also worked at Credit Suisse from 2003-2012, serving as Head of Equity-Linked Solutions Group Asia Pacific for the past four years.
Previously, she also worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from 2000-2003, BNP Paribas from 1994-2000, UBS from 1991-1994 and Merrill Lynch from 1981-1991.
John Griffith-Jones Chairman of FCA said: "Catherine will bring to the board the benefit of her considerable industry experience across a number of global investment banks and jurisdictions. I am looking forward to working with her to help ensure the FCA can continue to take forward its objectives."
