Family Office Exchange (FOX), a membership organization of enterprise families and their key advisors, has expanded its presence to Australia and New Zealand and named Melissa James as the market leader for the region.

In her new role, Melissa will be responsible to boost the firm’s membership base in the region and guide families and advisors on global best practices.

In addition, she will be jointly operating the FOX Family Enterprise Council in Australia with Charles Grace III, managing director for FOX. The council is a peer group of family offices and advisers working to resolve the challenges they face.

Prior to joining FOX, Melissa worked with Millewa Collective, a specialist corporate advisory serving entrepreneurs, families and business leaders. She also served as a senior executive for an Australian family office.
