The company has partnered with online learning provider Redmill IQ to develop the structured training programme to help advisers towards Chartered status, two grades above the minimum.

Offered through a tailored web-based technology platform, the academy programme can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any PC, smart phone or tablet and from across in the world.

The programme enables advisers to download e-books, undertake video tuition, quizzes and timed exams as well as take part in classroom training with technical specialists.

The move follows the grant of Corporate Chartered status to Fairstone by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
