Financial planning firm Fairstone Group has acquired Lincolnshire-based Zimb Johnson Bespoke Financial Planning for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will add £135m assets under management (AUM) and around 220 clients to the group.

Zimb Johnson Bespoke Financial specialises in financial planning, asset management, pensions and estate planning, and had a turnover of £750,000 in 2014.
