Former executives of Brewin Dolphin and Argonaut have teamed up to launch a new consultancy firm for wealth managers and fund groups.

Dubbed as SilverHill Consulting, the new firm has been launched by ex-Brewin Dolphin head of research Matthew Butcher alongside ex-Brewin execution-only head Matthew Collis and former Argonaut COO Edward James, reported Investment Week.
The consultancy firm aims to provide project management and consulting services to the industry.
In addition, it will also deliver a range of services and programmes, ranging from product development from fund groups to advice on corporate strategy.
Butcher has joined Dart Capital from Brewin Dolphin last year as an investment director, a role which he will continue to work together with his new role.

By GlobalDataPrior to joining Argonaut, James served as head of operations at Octopus Investments, while Collis left Brewin during the end of 2014.
