Equity Trustees (EQT) has launched a new superannuation trustee office and has hired John Rodd to head up the new office.
The new division will be responsible for compliance and superannuation license requirements as well as driving business development in the trustee for partnership sector.

In his new role, John Rodd will report to EQT head of private wealth services Geoffory Rimmer and will oversee a team of seven people based in Sydney and Melbourne.
Prior to joining EQT, Rodd has served as CFO at Equipsuper. He has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services.
At the same time, Equity Trustees has been selected as trustee and custodian of The Executive Superannuation Fund.
