Equiom Group, an international trust and corporate services provider, has named Richard Tribe as new business development director, effective 1 December 2014.
Based at the firm’s Jersey office, Tribe will oversee Equiom’s business development and marketing teams. In addition, he will focus on organic growth and identifying opportunities to increase the Group’s jurisdictional presence.

Tribe’s hire follows the firm’s strategic expansion which has more than doubled in size over the past 12 months due to acquisitive and organic growth.
Tribe joined Equiom from Coutts & Co, where he was responsible for the Channel Islands’ private client team. He also worked as a chartered wealth manager and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
