The Equiom Group, an Isle of Man trust and company formation specialist, has completed the acquisition of City Trust, an Isle of Man based trust and corporate services provider.
As part of the deal, City Trust chairman, Rodney Margot and his team of professionals have all joined the Equiom Group within their Isle of Man office.

The deal follows the purchase of Andium Trust Company in October 2012, and is in line with the group’s corporate strategy of acquisitive growth to support their ongoing organic growth.
