Equiniti Group, a UK-based financial and business services outsourcing provider, has hired Huw Thompson as new business development director.
In his new role, Thompson will be tasked with delivering growth and leading client engagement with both new and existing clients.

Thompson joined Equiniti from TD Wealth Institutional, where he worked as business development manager where he was responsible to increase the corporate client base and manage such relationships.
Huw Thompson said: "Equiniti has a great client base and there is a real opportunity to help more clients address the challenges of growing competition and regulatory change."
Equiniti provides wealth management service to financial institutions, wealth managers and the retail stock broking market which provides a centralized pooling of custody and business processes, as well as customer interface.
