EP Wealth Advisors has acquired Capital Insight Partners (CIP), a wealth management firm headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
CIP manages assets exceeding $730m.

Financial terms of the deal were not made public.
Established in 2008, CIP provides wealth management services for both private clients and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
As part of the agreement, nine professionals from CIP will join EP Wealth.
Susan Anastasiadis, who co-founded CIP, will become senior vice president at EP Wealth.

The incoming team from CIP will join EP Wealth’s existing operations in Arizona, overseen by regional directors M.J. Nodilo and Adrian Larson.
This transaction represents EP Wealth’s first in 2026.

EP Wealth operates as a fee-only registered investment advisor and financial planning company, with more than 63 locations across 23 states.
As of 30 September 2025, the firm reported assets under management of over $40.5bn.
Last month, it acquired Clearview Wealth Advisors, which serves clients in Phoenix and the Pacific Northwest.
