
US-based EP Wealth Advisors has expanded its national presence with the purchase of Pathlight Investors for an undisclosed sum.

The firm was co-founded in 2009 by Patsy Nodilo, M.J. Nodilo and Adrian Larson. The trio moved to EP Wealth as part of the deal.
Patsy Nodilo now serves as a wealth adviser, while M.J. Nodilo and Larson have become regional directors.
“When it came time to consider the future of our firm, EP Wealth offered the opportunity to partner with an established, well-respected team that mirrors our approach and aligns with our investment philosophies,” M.J. Nodilo stated.
EP Wealth oversaw over $4.9bn in assets at the end of May 2019.
The latest deal added over $230m in assets to EP Wealth’s books and increased its client base by more than 190.
EP Wealth president and CEO Patrick Goshtigian said: “We are actively looking for ways to serve a broader range of families and improve our clients’ overall experience.
“This partnership is very much in line with that mission.”
California-based EP Wealth has been on an acquisition spree lately. Apart from California and now Arizona, the firm also has presence in Washington and Colorado.
Some of its recent purchases include Conlon Dart Wealth Management, Donnelly Wealth Advisors, Rampart Wealth Advisors, Caves & Associates, and Millie Capital Management.
