US-based registered investment advisor (RIA) EP Wealth Advisors has acquired Clearview Wealth Advisors, a financial services firm operating in the Phoenix area and the Pacific Northwest.
This acquisition brings approximately $218m in assets under management to EP Wealth’s Phoenix region.

Also, it provides the Clearview team with access to EP Wealth’s extended planning, tax, and investment resources that enhance the client experience.
EP Wealth CEO Ryan Parker said: “Clearview has built strong, planning-led relationships we want every EP client to experience.
“Bringing their team into our Phoenix region allows us to surround their clients with deeper resources while keeping advice personal, local and aligned with the values that matter most to the families they serve.”
The Clearview team, led by Michael and Corbin Coursey, will join EP Wealth’s Phoenix operations under Regional Directors Adrian Larson and M.J. Nodilo.

Michael said: “As our clients’ financial needs grew more layered, we saw the value in having more specialists support the planning work we do.

This transaction marks the ninth partnership of EP Wealth in 2025 as the firm continues to grow its presence across the US.
EP Wealth said the integration will allow Clearview to maintain its client-focused approach while leveraging EP’s broader capabilities.
The RIA firm will provide the team with additional resources and enable them to maintain their personalised approach to client service.
The companies have not disclosed the financial and legal aspects of the deal.
In April this year, EP Wealth Advisors strengthened its regional footprint with the purchase of NBS Financial Services for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1981, NBS Financial Services offers financial, tax, estate, retirement, education planning, as well as investment management services.
