Connolly hire comes as part of the firm’s ambitious growth strategy and as it seeks to expand its recent management buyout.

Prior to joining Elian, Connolly served as global chairman and global managing partner of Deloitte. He also served as Chairman at FTSE 100 companies G4S plc and Amec Foster Wheeler.
