Elian, a provider of corporate services, fund services, private wealth and capital services, has recruited Donna Laverty as its new associate director.
Laverty will oversee the establishment and administration of corporate offshore vehicles, and will focus on business development within the corporate services arm of the firm.

Laverty, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, holds extensive experience in offering professional company administration and director services.
She has an experience of 15 years in the finance sector, which includes a nine-year spell at Elian’s performance and reward management division.
She, previously, also served at KPMG, Abacus and Bedell Cristin.
