EFG Private Bank, the UK business of EFG International, has appointed Dmitri Rozanov as new managing director for private banking and member of the management committee, responsible for the Central and Eastern Europe team.
In his new role, he will manage a team of seven client relationship officers and will co-ordinate the development of EFG Private Bank’s business in CEE, Russia, and the CIS.

Based in London, Rozanov will report to Anthony Cooke-Yarborough, CEO, EFG Private Bank and will also work alongside Michael Vlahovic, based in Zurich.
Vlahovic joined EFG International in July 2015 as managing director, private banking Eastern Europe and Russia as well as global market coordinator for CEE, Russia and the CIS.
Rozanov joined EFG from Coutts & Co, where he worked as head of Russia/CIS and CEE business in the UK.
Prior to this, he was in charge for CEE M&A business at Merrill Lynch and held various senior corporate finance roles at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
