He is succeeding Jean-Christophe Pernollet, who is leaving the firm following an appropriate handover period.

Pradelli has extensive private banking and business management experience, having held a variety of senior roles at Deutsche Bank, including head of Private & Business Banking in Italy, and head of Business Development for the Private Clients and Asset Management Group in Frankfurt.

He has been the deputy chief financial officer of EFG Group from 2003-06, during which he worked closely with EFG Private Bank in the UK and its then CEO, John Williamson, who is currently the CEO of EFG International.

Additionally, he has been the head of International at Eurobank, where he focused on new Europe, being responsible for overseeing businesses with a combined network of more than 1,000 offices and total operating income of EUR700 million.
