The Dubai operation will be led by Kamran Yousuf as principal representative.

Yousuf has been serving at EFA since 2011 in the role of a relationship manager based in Singapore, managing origination of business leads, structuring commodity and trade finance facilities and managing client relationships in Southeast Asia.

Yousuf will be supported by relationship manager Andrew Fairie, who joined early this year. Fairie earlier served at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.

EFA Group CEO Christian Stauffer commented: "The GCC region is an important market segment for us. The growing needs from our real economy partners are the catalysts for us to expand into Dubai and we will continue to strengthen our capabilities and presence there."
