Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has launched a new European multi-asset income fund in Germany that can invest in both the equity and debt of European companies.
The Edmond de Rothschild Fund – Income Europe fund will have a minimum 50% invested in European corporate debt.

The fund aims at investors seeking for yield and provides access to a broad investment universe including approximately 1,000 issuers and a wide range of businesses.
The fund will invest at least 50% in European corporate bonds. However, the equity portion of the fund will range from 0 to a maximum of 50%, which includes 600 Index companies in the Stoxx.
The Luxembourg-domiciled fund seeks to achieve an annual dividend of 5% and offers regular income and capital appreciation for investors over a medium to long- term investment horizon.
Additionally, the fund will be suitable for investors who wish to benefit from the growth potential of this company, while having the opportunity to mitigate volatility.

By GlobalDataEdmond de Rothschild said: "Now that fears over the eurozone imploding have evaporated, economic stabilisation and a revival in funding from banks should lead to a recovery in financial transactions.
"As a result, the yield stocks we are targeting for the fund offer an attractive risk/return profile: their dividend streams have been reinforced by a more stable domestic environment and reduced eurozone risk," it added.
