Edmond de Rothschild has hired Roderick Munsters as the new CEO of its asset management business, following the departure of Laurent Tignard.

Tignard, who had been CEO at the group since 2013, is leaving to ‘pursue new professional opportunities’.

Previously, Munsters was CEO of Robeco Group from 2009 to 2015. He has also worked as CIO of ABP and APG All Pensions Group, a member of the executive committee (investments) of PGGM, and as chairman of corporate governance platform Eumedion.

Munsters will report to Edmond de Rothschild group executive committee chairwoman Ariane de Rothschild, as well as will become a member of the group executive committee.
