As part of the move, the agency has appointed three new senior professionals, Michael Pilson, Alexander Mejia and Kevin Imhoff, to its advisory group.

Previously, Pilson, Mejia and Imhoff were responsible for the secondary advisory business at Atlantic-Pacific Capital, where they advised a range of clients on secondary market transactions.

Eaton Partners said that the new team will assist general partners to strategically manage the sale of limited partnership interests within their existing funds and also raise new capital through stapled transactions, fund recapitalizations and fund restructurings.

Additionally, the team will help limited partners achieve their desired portfolio construction by advising on the purchase or sale of fund interests in the secondary markets.
