Easterly Asset Management has agreed to acquire the fund management operations of Olstein Capital Management, a firm established by Robert A. Olstein.
The transaction, which requires shareholders’ clearance, outlines plan for Olstein’s mutual funds to be integrated into the Easterly fund structure.

Management of the Olstein assets will transition to the Easterly Snow investment team from Easterly Investment Partners, which has been a strategic partner of Easterly since 2021.
As part of the proposed changes, the Olstein Strategic Opportunities Fund (OFSFX, OFSAX, OFSCX) is set to merge with the Easterly Snow Small Cap Value Fund (SNWIX, SNWAX, SNWCX).
The Olstein All Cap Value Fund (OFAFX, OFAVX, OFALX) would be reorganised into a newly created series within the Easterly Funds Trust, named the Easterly Snow All Cap Value Fund.

Shareholders in the affected funds will receive proxy materials in advance of a meeting anticipated around 26 June 2026.
At that time, shareholders will be asked to review and vote on the proposed changes.
The Easterly Snow investment team is led by chief investment officer and senior portfolio manager Joshua Schachter.
The team manages a range of strategies including Small Cap Value, All Cap Value, SMID Cap Value, Focused Value, and Inflation Enhanced approaches, along with oversight of both the Easterly Snow Small Cap Value Fund and the Easterly Snow Long/Short Opportunity Fund.
