Dynasty Financial Partners has named Jason Emerson as its new CFO, replacing Amit Grover who will now manage the Dynasty Capital Strategies business.
Based in New York, Emerson will be tasked with delivering Dynasty’s financial strategy and its outsourced CFO services to its partner firms.

Emerson most recently served as the managing director and COO at Convergex Execution Solutions, and prior to that was the executive vice president and CFO at Gain Capital.
His financial career of over two decades also includes stints at Knight Capital Group, Instinet and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
