Duff & Phelps Corporation, a valuation and corporate finance advisor, has completed the acquisition of professional services firm Kinetic Partners.
Duff & Phelps intends to set up a dedicated compliance and regulatory consulting practice that will utilize Kinetic Partners’ expertise in providing regulatory consulting and compliance counsel to the financial services industry.

Additionally, the deal will see Kinetic Partners corporate recovery, forensic and tax practices across the world moving to Duff & Phelps.
However, Kinetic Partners’ audit practice (trading as Kinetic Partners Audit and Kinetic Partners Cayman) will not be included in the deal and will remain separate from Duff & Phelps.
Furthermore, both the firms will work together to deliver seamless service to joint audit, tax and/or regulatory compliance clients.
