Deutsche Bank is reportedly in advanced talks to sell minority stake in London-based hedge fund firm Arrowgrass Capital Partners to private-equity firm Foundation Capital Partners.

Foundation would pay between $100m and $200m for at least a 20% stake in Arrowgrass, The Wall Street Journal reported citing unnamed sources.

Arrowgrass, spun out of Deutsche Bank in 2008, has offices in London and New York. The firm manages three funds with combined assets under management of nearly $5 billion.

Deutsche Bank was not immediately available for comment.
