Deutsche Bank has added three members to its corporate services team in Jersey.
One of these members include Jackie Foot who has been designated as the new head of global transaction banking, and will be responsible for corporate services (special purpose vehicle incorporation and management) as well as fund services in the Channel Islands in her new role.

She most recently held a senior operational risk role for the past three years within the bank’s Asset and Wealth Management division in its Switzerland office, reports Business Life.
The other new members of the corporate services team include Marc Harris and Carl McConnell who have appointed as Vice-Presidents of the team.
Prior to this, Harris served at a large independent trust company in Jersey for nine years, and has experience in providing administration and company secretarial services to a variety of special purpose vehicles and structures, notably holding real estate assets.
A qualified English solicitor, McConnell previously spent over seven years with another Jersey trust company.
