Deutsche Bank has appointed John Andrews as its new head of investor relations, effective 1 September 2013.
Andrews joins Deutsche Bank from Citigroup, where he was head of investor relations for over three years and most recently was head of institutional client content development. He will report to Stefan Krause, CFO of Deutsche Bank.

Previously Andrews has been in investor relations for over 17 years and served as head of investor relations at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Deutsche Bank stated that Joachim Mueller, who was head of investor relations, has assumed the role of CFO for Europe, Middle East and Africa at the bank.
Stefan Krause said: "We are pleased to have recruited John Andrews to this vital position. He brings sound experience and credibility with our stakeholders which will be immensely valuable as the Bank continues to pursue Strategy 2015+."
