Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeAWM) has bolstered its trading team with three senior hires.

Juan Landazabal has been appointed as global head of fixed income trading. Based in Frankfurt and London, Landazabal will report to Yves Dermaux, head of DeAWM’s solutions and trading group. He joins DeAWM from Fidelity International where he was head of fixed income trading.

Matt Montana has been appointed as managing director and head of equity trading Americas. Based in New York, Montana will report to Joshua Friedberg, head of trading Americas. He joins DeAWM from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he has spent 25 years in senior trading roles, most recently as a managing director in charge of non-dollar sales and trading.

Vincenzo Vedda has been appointed as managing director and deputy global head of equity trading. Based in Frankfurt, Stanley will report to Mike Bellaro, global head of equity trading and head of trading EMEA.

In his new role, Vedda will be responsible for DeAWM’s global program trading operation in addition to helping to manage equity trading globally. He joins from Morgan Stanley, where he was a senior member of the global program trading group.
