The companies have not yet disclosed any financial terms of the transaction. Koverse intends to use the funds to expand its team and product offerings.

Set up in 2012, the technology provider supports data consolidation, indexing, and searches, at quick speeds, with inbuilt governance and security capabilities.

The company currently offers a range of solutions such as threat detection, advanced customer analytics, real-time situational awareness, data silo consolidation, as well as fast-track analytical applications development.
