Coutts, the wealth management arm of RBS, has appointed Mike Regan as its new finance director, effective immediately.
Regan, who has moved to Coutts from RBS, will also join the bank’s board and will also serve as finance director for Coutts' sister company Adam & Company.

He joined RBS Global Banking and Markets (GBM) in 2010, holding various roles such as head of business risk and control for EMEA banking, head of regulatory developments and head of strategy for international banking.
Prior to joining RBS, he served at consulting and auditing firm PwC.
Commenting on the appointment, Coutts chairman Lord Waldegrave of North Hill said: “I am delighted to welcome Mike to the Coutts family as our finance director and newest member of the board. He brings with him extensive experience from a wide number of roles both here in the UK and abroad. I look forward to drawing on that expertise, which will be essential to maintaining Coutts as the UK’s best private bank.”
