Coutts has significantly transformed its UK business over the last year. The firm restructured its client-facing team in 2012, introducing the role of the Coutts Wealth Manager to work alongside private bankers and other specialists.
Coutts launched its RDR-compliant proposition six months ago – well in advance of the implementation of the new regulatory regime. To support UK business development, Wyse will focus on building net new business through best-in-class collaborations with prospects, intermediaries and RBS Group.
Morley said, "Sarah brings a breadth of knowledge to the firm and her appointment underscores the importance of aligning marketing and business development. I have every confidence that her appointment will assist us in delivering our ambitious growth plans."
Wyse’s marketing remit will be to direct all activity worldwide to ensure Coutts’ business strategy is closely aligned with marketing to enable it to be most effective.
