Cordium, a provider of governance, risk and compliance services, has recruited Doug Morgan as its new group CEO.
Morgan will initially be based in the US, and will move to the UK in the third quarter.

He most recently served at SunGard, where he managed the company’s business in the asset management back office servicing and accounting space that include solutions for investment accounting, mutual fund shareholder reporting, investor servicing, and financial reporting.
Morgan has an experience of over 20 years in financial services and technology.
Cordium non-executive chairman Roger Siddle said: “Over recent years Cordium has seen significant growth and this new management structure equips us perfectly for the next phase.

By GlobalDataThe firm also named Bill Mulligan as its new group president. He will take over the new role in addition to his existing responsibilities as CEO of Cordium US and Software.
